1 Know each other
Aplus will conduct an interview with you, to find the best of you, so we can improve your resume and understand your future career planning and job search direction
2 Register for job search information
Create LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster and Handshake materials, and update all information.
3 Modify and customize multiple resumes
Modify your resume by different positions of different companies, and write a personal cover letter to improve the overall professionalism
4 Post resume
Through Aplus's enterprise database, looking for your needs and suitable positions, your resume will be posted to all companies that need it. Customers will receive a job search schedule (including the company name and response progress) every week.
5 Interview
After obtaining the interview opportunity, arrange the interview time and conduct the interview counseling by the APlus gold tutor. Before the interview, the company and job information will be collated and sent to the client. The APlus team will communicate with the company's internal employees through forums and LinkedIn to help customers better complete the interview.
6 Performance tracking
After the interview, Aplus will track the results of the interview and arrange the second round of interviews until they are hired. If necessary, APlus can be responsible for the preparation of pre-employment materials and induction training.
